Terms of Service
Terms of service for VocalRemover.one
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VocalRemover.one, including the website, audio separation workspace, account features, payment flows, and related services.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
VocalRemover.one is an AI audio tool for removing vocals and creating instrumental or vocals-only tracks. The service may help users upload audio, separate stems, preview outputs, and download results.
Features may include authentication, credits, AI audio processing, workspace history, support forms, email delivery, storage, analytics, payments, subscriptions, and administrative or operational tooling.
Accounts
You may need an account to access workspace, audio processing, billing, credit, or paid features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that risks the service or other users.
Audio Tools, Inputs, and Outputs
You are responsible for the audio files, URLs, data, and other content you submit to the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and use that content.
AI audio outputs may contain artifacts, be incomplete, infringing if the source audio is not properly licensed, or unsuitable for production use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, selling, or using them commercially.
Where the product supports stored history or downloads libraries, separated outputs and task metadata may be saved to your account. Retention and availability may depend on product configuration, provider availability, and plan limits.
Credits, Plans, and Payments
Some features may require credits, a paid plan, or a successful checkout. Credit costs, included usage, plan limits, renewal terms, and payment methods are shown in the product or checkout flow.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Creem. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts where applicable.
Unless a separate refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final once credits, digital access, or AI processing has been delivered. If a payment, separation, or billing issue occurs, contact support so we can review the issue.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Upload or generate content that violates rights, privacy, safety, or applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, credits, rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
- Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Resell, redistribute, or expose proprietary templates, code, internal prompts, or infrastructure without authorization.
- Use the service to build malware, spam, phishing, credential theft, or other abusive systems.
Intellectual Property
The service, platform, software, visual system, and underlying technology are owned by VocalRemover.one or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your original submitted content and custom implementations, subject to any rights you grant us to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content and outputs do not violate third-party rights.
Unless we provide a separate written license, these Terms do not transfer ownership of the service, templates, source code, branding, or underlying technology to you.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers for authentication, AI models, payments, email, storage, hosting, analytics, affiliate attribution, customer support, and other infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, model behavior, payment provider decisions, or external platform limitations.
Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update pricing, credits, providers, models, features, or product configuration. Where practical, we will provide notice for material changes that affect paid users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, compliant, uninterrupted, or suitable for your intended use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VocalRemover.one and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or business losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you did not pay for the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VocalRemover.one and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your content, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that may harm users, providers, or the public.
Termination may result in loss of access to your account, credits, stored tasks, generated outputs, and related data, subject to applicable law and product configuration.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts or dispute forum available in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
