Refund Policy

VocalRemover.one sells digital audio processing credits, one-time packages, and subscription plans. This policy explains when refunds may be reviewed.

Free Preview First

Use the free 30-second preview before processing a full track. AI vocal removal quality depends on the source audio, including mix balance, reverb, layered vocals, live recordings, and compression artifacts.

Eligible Refund Reviews

Contact support within 7 days if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
You paid but credits or access were not delivered.
A subscription renewal happened after you had already requested cancellation.
A technical platform error prevented processing and no credits were restored.

Usually Not Refundable

Refunds are usually not available after credits, digital access, or AI processing has been delivered, unless required by applicable law or a verified platform error occurred.

We cannot refund results solely because the source audio was difficult to separate or the output still contains vocal bleed after the preview was available.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past billing periods.

Email support@vocalremover.one with your account email, order or invoice reference, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
